Hi every one

I need your help :(..I got my SINP on 14 Dec 2011 and CIO received my file 3 Jan 2012.
Today 27 Jan 2012 they return my file to me mentioning the reason that

Dear Sir/Madam

This refers to your application for permanent residence in canada under the Provincial Nominee Program.

A review of your application indicate you do not meet the requirement of thr instructions with respect to the completion of your application or,the requirement of R10 of the immigration and refugee Protection Act(IRPA) because:

*Please see the highlighted items on the enclosed check list or the enclosed Appendix.

Reulation (12) of IRPA states:

"If the requirement of sections 10 and 11 are not met,the application and all documents subitted in support of the application shall be returned to the applicant."

As yours application does not meet the requirement of R(10) of IRPA,it is incomplete and therefore being returned to you.Your application fee was not processed and is also being returned to you.Your application has not been received and no record has been retained.

if you submit an application ,please pay particular attention to all forms, information, documents, evidence, proof of language proficiency, and fees required as without these your application is incomplete and will be returned to you.

and in the Appendix-A

they mention

*the incorrect fee was received with your application. Please see below for required amount.
*no fee was received with your application.please see below for required amount.
*the payment submitted with your application is not acceptable. you have include a receipt for fees paid directly to a financial institution. This method of payment is not valid for skilled worker applications submitted to the centralized intake office in Sydney, nova scotia after dec1,2008. You must submit one of the forms of payment identified above, directly to our office with your application. To receive a refund for fees paid please contact the visa office where your fee payment was directed.

And they mention that they put me under skilled worker category.
And they are asking for $550 bank draft instead of PNP.
They change my category. Is it possible ??
as my PNP is approved.I am scared a lot i dont knw what to do now.
Please need your suggestions.
Thanks.

just checked with the bank and informed me that draft cheques are not yet encashed... hope there is no problem with my application.. i'm already worried, as per my observations here, it takes only 21 days to clear the payment... but for me its already 24 days.... :'( :'( :'(

hi there jot,

from what you have mentioned, I think you have given incorrect fee amount, and I also I dont think they have changed ur category. Did you attach the fee payment form that you are supposed to along with the documents on the checklist? If not, I think that is what you need to submit according to my understanding of the letter you got. Also, did they send your entire application back to you or were you asked to send the missing/additional documents.. ?? do let us know.. cheers :)

Dear all,

After validation of IMM008, how many bar codes you have? I have total 10 bar codes, numbered from 1 to 10. And one page (page #8) holds 8 bar codes, and last page (page #9) holds 2 bar codes along with signature and date information. pls help

i am going to pay application fee with bank draft, but permanent resident right fee with credit card. I submit two payment forms. No change for the form of application fee. But for the resident right fee, I still use the same form, but cross out the $550, initial and date, and write right number $490. Then present credit card information and sign it. is there any problem for this plan? pls help.
