Why did your file go to Ottawa in the first place? What visa office did you select? If you've not gone to Canada just respond to them and tell them that.

I don't why the hell my file went to Ottawa , my selected Visa Office was Cairo and I sent it to CIO and to my surprise they transferred it to Ottawa whom after 1 year & 4 months transferred it back to Cairo VO.

I sent them an email , but I paray that they would answer back. I lost hope in the communication channels with all CIC offices.

Nope nothing... I have completed all requests of my officer on May 26, 2013... Since then nothing... I sent an email to say Hi, How are you? but no reply yet..

Are you planning to apply for GCMS again? My GCMS notes mentioned that my file will be reviewed on 21 June, I don't see any updates.
