If someone can help me how can I download the form for applying GCMS notes and from where can I download becos I tried downloading IMM5563 it doesnt download. So could someone please help me with this........

Hi Raihan,

If you have a relative or friend in Canada follow these steps .


a) If you have a relative / friend in Canada

As you have a relative / friend there it would cost you just $5. Its very easy. Your relative / friend will order this on your behalf and he will be the requester. It can be done by email and your relative / requester can send scan copies of everything. Your relative / friend will receive CAIPS / GCMS notes in his email.

First fill the following form but your relative / friend will sign it as he is the requester.

Then you will have to fill this consent form and sign yourself

Now according to latest IMM5563E form you can even pay fees online if you are not living in Canada and there is no need to fill any credit card form. Pay fees online, get receipt, fill it and then scan and attach with application. Its very easy. Go to section C of the following form then follow other links given below.

The link works on my PC and yes there is a website through which you can order , they charge like $25. I am looking for that now. Please give me a hour or so

here it is , I found it in the forum itself.

There r many websites who offer such services, usually charging anything between $30-40. However, in that 'basic' price they'd only send u the retrieved CAIPS Notes; and would charge u furthermore for explaining them. Nonetheless, it's not a bad idea to yet take their services. Most applicants use either of the following websites for obtaining their CAIPS:

If you ask me.. They divided the applicants in 2 groups.. before june 2012 (real time of Buffalo's closed) and applicants after june 2012. Although our files never went to Buffalo, we have to wait until they process the 10000 backlog (2010 and 2011 applicants)..In parallel they start working in the cases after june 2012 in order to not create a new backlog..
We only are the bad luck guys... I already have medicals expired, police certificates expirated.. Let's hope they finish in May as the new timeline show up..

They should work on the files by the date of application.....if they kept working same way applicants who have applied before July 2012 their medicals will expire, it's not hassle for us but also for them they need to send medicals to Medical Board for extension....I don't understand why they dont work on files whose medicals are about to expire in order to prevent backlog.....they might have different strategy....after that protest thing by Facebook group in Ottawa atleast they started working on 2011 applicants, so I guess we should have to raise our voice too...Everyone had heard this saying "The pen is mightier than sword", so I suggest everyone should do some effort for example mail your MP explaining the situation, or any other Immigration Official....that's the only way we can bring this to notice....just google the name of Government official you can get the official mail id....
