PNP File Transfer To CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia - December/ January

I m facing the same prob n I sent my application in Jan 19 2012 n didn't got AOR n just got one email last week that they transferred my file to Ottawa... So I m thinking that I hv my work permit n I can track my file by using client Id num that's y Sydney ns not issue me AOR n hopefully I ll get my AOR from Ottawa ....I ll update my status if I ll here from Ottawa .... This wait is very long ...






TODAY: I called CIC again. They put me on hold for 7 mins to check where is my application and CIC said. My file was sent to OTTAWA end of February 2012. and they are working on it.

I haven't received any letters or AOR from anywhere/anybody yet.

I am told to FAX a letter to Ottawa office to get further updates about my application.

What the heck is happening/happened?

Normally, if your VO is not Buffalo, you should receive AOR in 2-3 weeks as most of folks here. Your VO is ND? You should receive AOR far earlier from CIO and your file should be transferred to ND, rather than Ottawa. You may want to double check your VO. It looks like your VO is Buffalo, not ND.

dont worry about it mate, that would probably be the reason why there was a delay in getting your AOR, you might wanna update your email details with your application to Manila visa office, so they will send out other requests via email for future correspondance.. good luck mate.. cheers ..

Thanks manu, first thing monday I will call CEM. I already sent an email through their website too but I guess it's going to take a while before they answer back...

Hello guys,

My file is recieved at CIO nova scotia on Feb21,2012.on MArch 15th they encashed the draft but nothing after that.NOt even a AOR.Also i have sent an email enquiry to CIC.But didn't get nything.Although i can check my status with client number and showing Application recieved.

Just worrying why didn't i get ny response after almost 2 months?Any idea what should i do now....

I need a little advice here It's almost May, and it means enrollment time for my children. I am not sure if I would still enroll my 2 boys or not. Based from the timeline of other forumers and all other things being in order, do you think a decision could be made for us by July or is it possible for us to leave by July or august? Well i think u r wrong here Pari. i have 2 PR applications at NDVO & both have diff. UCI.

Any other opinion guys ???????

I didnt know about two UCI well I only have one...so we can check the status through that UCI number

CIO received my application on Mar 30, 2012 as per Canada Post signature confirmation. My credit card hasn't been charged and received no email from CIO. I assume, CIO sends an AOR email when they charge the credit card!!

I Provided my sponsor credit card information who is currently in canada. my sponsor told me that he received message regarding detecting of the processing fee. After a day i got AOR from CIO stating that your application was found complete which will be forwarded to a visa office. my visa office is not yet known however my E-Cas shows that my application was received at CIC on march 26, 2012.

Hi manubobby I'm not so sure what would be the official medical done? my daughter and I had our medicals March 22..my wife had her medical April 3 we have to delay it a little bit bcoz of her menstrual period during that time..maybe you could help me with this..thanks

lets put it as April 3 coz although they may have received your medical reports first, they would only update ecas once they receive all the reports in an application.. thanks and tracksheet updated.. cheers

Hi Manu just did my Meds last April 17 Tuesday but my wifey and daughter have to go back to complete a lab. test no serious matter just a lab. process due to their femininity, so technically its not complete yet. Will update the info for our threadsheet asap once everything is clear. Thanks.
