Hi all...
My friend have been approved PNP from Prince Edward Island and he has received the letter asking her to do her medical. He also received a work permit based on the PNP application.
Now he wants to move to BC because of personal reasons. But we are concerned about what will be the current if he withdraws his current application with CEC?
Or is there any other way we can work this out?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the help guys...
I do understand that we will have to go ahead with the new application process and LMO.
But my question is what will be his status when he withdraws his PNP application from PEI. i.e what will happen to the workpermit that was issued on the basis of the PNP approval?
Thanks in advance

From my understanding. Either he's work permit is fixed to a particular employer.which it most properly is.then if you choose to leave pei the you must re apply as this WP will become void.

Which makes sense as they are the people that got you through the lmo process etc and that is the reason they approved your PNP nomination.

Or it may be an open work permit, and you can pick and choose who you work for.but I am unsure of if you have too stay in pei

Basically the idea of the PNP process is they asses you on the provinces needed.pei assessed that it needed you.gaining a nomination under pei and then moving to another, using the work permit they helped you get is just wrong.

Too many people are misusing the system and they are clamping down on this, just makes it that much harder for people that genuinely what to move to a particular province .
