Hey guys! I just got an email today from Accra requesting for my passport so they can issue me my immigrant visa . Finally the Lord have answered my prayers ;D. I submitted my application February 2013 and did medical June.

I ve gotten my visa too,I submitted to accra too.....though I got to knw about this forum lately,but the most important is that our visa of family of 4 was issued early this month and we are planning our movement soon to manitoba. Thanks

hello seniors, good day...............I received my passport request yesterday from the canadian embassy. However I need you to advice me on something very important.......my PPR letter reads: The visa(s) will be valid until the expiry of your medical results on the 22nd of January, 2013 or until the expiry of your passports, whichever is earliest.

The date of the expiry of my medical results should be on the 22nd of January, 2014 and not on the 22nd of January, 2013 as stated in the email sent to me. I intend collecting my visa at the canadian high commission in accra on thursday the 22nd August 2013. Do you think i should proceed and when I get to accra notify them of the typo error and hope they make amends when the visa is issued? or do I just send them an email and hope they reply me soonest..............reason being that I am working with time. After thursday the 22nd of August 2013, I may not be chanced to go to accra again. Your swift response/advice will be highly appreciated
