Hi Vishal,
I am on my way to Canada.....July 29,2014 is my estimated Landing Date (corrected on my Timeline).

I applied under the Family sponsorship scheme of MPNP and I did not require any job offer. What Province are you applying to and under which stream? I will be better able to answer your question if u provide me these details.

Dear Krishnav, as i am planning to apply for the Ontario on PNP and would like to learn that whether there needs to have an employment offer for me?? As my wife is a BN of Nepal having experience for more than 4 years and i would like to apply with her NOC code (i.e, 3012). Could you plzzzz give me an insight over these matters.. Further, congratulations to you for you going to be landed over Canada very soon..hope to see yaa may be in a year or two..hehehe

Hi Vishal, sorry for the late reply. Have been busy. As I applied under the Manitoba PNP, I don't have indepth knowledge about Ontario PNP and their policies.
However, in Manitoba's case, the main point to consider was that you had to show a strong connection with the province, i.e. either through a job offer, existing job experience in the province, close relatives/friends in the province willing to support you. Ontario should also have some similar policies like these. You will better understand if you search for the eligibility criteria in OntarioPNP website.
