No, they did not mention anything about file transfer in the AOR email. That is why its confusing. In my case the CIC AOR clearly mentioned that my file would now be transferred to NDVO.

That should be clearly written on the docs you received along with your VISA. Also, you can check your VISA itself for validity date. You are required to enter Canada before the expiry of your medicals. HTH

Hi, Congrats!!! This means that CIC has accepted your application and the processing of your application has started. Which country did u apply from? Next is waiting, and checking ECAS regularly. You can check my timeline for details. HTH

I received my PP back with VISA after 2 weeks. I guess the time depends on what stream u r from, etc etc.....have a look at the tracking sheet for NDVO. Should give u a better idea.
