Unfortunately we cant do medical upfront. Only EE can do that. For us we need the form/letter that sgvo will send us.

Same reply I got. I actually didn't ask about status rather I asked if my file already transferred to their office as I didn't get 2nd AOR yet.

I am getting confused now. This mail says - "Please note that processing times are calculated from the date the application is received at the Singapore immigration office." But according to CIC website, "Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) calculates processing times from the day CIC receives an application to the day it makes a decision on the application." I got that information in below link -

Well, as email is a one to one correspondence, revealing those words in public does not seem a good idea to me. So let me give you an idea of the mail format instead of the mail.

In first paragraph they have stated what is provincial nomination.

In second paragraph, they have sated that they have the right to further scrutinize a provincial nominee, if he meets the eligibility requirements of provincial nomination, if he can successfully establish himself in Canada.

In third paragraph they have asked for the docs and medical.

the fourth paragraph is generic information
"The above documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this letter. If you fail to comply with this requirement, a decision concerning your application will be made based upon the information already submitted with this application. This may result in the refusal of your application."
