Hi All, I have one query related to PNP.

If I am working for an employer in province “B”, but I work from home at provinces “C”. I file tax to province “C”. Also, my employer has establishment at province “C”. Will I be eligible for PNP from “C”.. Kindly help me with information.

Don’t use letters. Use provinces. And are you on a closed or open wor permit.

I am on Post graduate work permit. (Open work Permit). As there are many data fraud happening, so I choose to hide those names.
Ok but assume one province is Saskatchewan given your user name. Hopefully someone replies. Plus “A” cannot be a province since it is your employer that is why your post is confusing.

You are only working from province C and doesn’t matter if employer is in another province. You need to check the PNP requirements for your province and see if employer is eligible since I don’t know how your employer is established (pays taxes in province C). If for a job offer then your employer may have to go through the province for job approval

Former post-grad work permit holder here.

I live and file taxes in BC. My employer's headquarters is in BC. I work for my employer from BC home, plus I also regularly travel and work from an office in Ontario for the same employer. I spend there 3 months per year in total.
In CV I wrote my job position, and added a row below BC & Ontario (in case they want to look at my TD docs, so it doesnt look weird when they see on from Ontario and other one from BC).
Received recently PR through BC PNP post-grad stream (no job offer needed)
