Hello PMM,

We need your advise ASAP. A friend of us was on sponsorship process, He was
on the stage after receiving AIP and sponsorship approval.
He got his OWP valid for 2 years. Also He studied in a University in
Canada for 4 years.

His sponsor broke up with him and she called CIC
to cancel the sponsorship, the agent said that they couldn't
cancel it because the process was in a finishing stage.
Not happy with that, she sent a letter to CIC asking
for cancellation and today He received a deportation letter.

How can he remain in Canada? In this situation
can he apply for provincial nominee or canadian experienced class
within Canada?

Thank you very much.

( Any other input is accepted )

1. The sponsor can cancel the application at any time to the point of "landing".
2. I doubt that they mailed him a deportation order. If he was out of status, then it quite possible he got a letter telling him to leave Canada in xx days, or action would be taken.
3. He can apply for CEC while outside Canada.
4. I doubt that CIC is going to let him "hang around" until an application of any sort is processed.

Hi PPM,

I have a few questions and maybe you can help me find the answer. I'm in the process of sponsoring my wife but I've found out that she cheated on me so what kind of steps should I do? She just got her interview on apr 13/11 so what if they approved?? and how long to know they if they approve or not?? This is my second sponsoring so if I cancel this would it still count as a second time? What are my chances of sponsoring someone oversea next time? I heard that it is ridiculously hard.

Regards,

Anthony

1. Withdraw the sponsorship by send a letter of withdrawal to Mississauga and the overseas office, if that is what you want to do.
2. 3rd time is going to be pretty difficult.

Thanks PPM, greatly appreciated. But what if the third time I'm sponsoring someone and she's pregnant, would it help with the case?

Anthony

Doesnt make a difference all u can do is gather as much proof as u can on the relationship with the third person your willing to sponsor and submit it with the app.

My advice wait dont rush into the app , because building strong proof takes time and being out and into another sponsorship in a short period doesnt look good.

You will have a hard time no matter how things go so be prepared.

And no one in this forum thinks you are scamming CIC with your continue overseas marriages? Not one, not two, but you have hopes of marrying again someone from abroad and bringing them into Canada. I really hope CIC looks more closely on your next sponsorship if it is your intention to go through the process again.

Your post really disgusts me.

Anthonyt, why not try meeting someone in Canada?

I am also disgusted with his post, confusednscared.

If anything would ever happen to my relationship now with my husband, I would never do this process again.
In fact. I don't think people should be allowed to sponsor again after the 1st time. It should only be allowed once.

Hey it's only a question, geez chillout people. This is a forum and if you're in my situation you'll understand. You think spending time and effort not to mention money then got heart broken is a coool thing?? Have you been through life a lot and all ya got is pain and suffering?? Not that I haven't dated girls here but realisticly girls here are all gold diggers and materialistic. Please stop accusing other people when you dont know nothing at all.

As someone that proclaims his wife is cheating on him and is NOT in Canada, I fail to see why Canadian girls are being tarred with the 'gold digger' brush, perhaps cheaters are better than gold diggers...yes?

Seriously, third time sponsorship is really pushing it. I doubt you would get approval, so even if you are thinking hypothetically, I suggest that any future efforts are spent on finding a non gold digging Canadian girl.

There are nice girls and golddiggers everywhere in the world-inside and outside Canada. You might look into what is wrong with you if your partners you tried to sponsor `broke` your heart one after the other. The issue other people see with your posts that you may not see how serious is to sponsor.
I believe people should be given the opportunity of sponsorship only once- do it and if it doesn`t work out for you never repeat again. Canada is pretty wide, you should have a match here too.

Ditta and Angel, I highly agree with you.

Sponsoring someone is very serious and I know tons of girls in Canada that are not gold diggers.

For me, sponsorship is a 1 time thing.

What disgusted me the most was the "If i get her pregnant is it easier to get a woman here... any woman... please... just give me a woman" type attitude.

omg

Let's try not cheating the system shall we? Worry less about how hard it is going to be to get a woman here, and worry more about why you can't find a decent one in the first place? This forum is FILLED with wonderful women and men who work their asses off to get their families to Canada...

You trivialize the process and try to find a way to jump the line in front of people who have lived years without their spouse.

You don't want to offend and then fail to realize that a good number of Canadian Women you painted with the golddigging brush are reading what you post.

No wonder you can't find a decent woman in Canada... they're here... they just wouldn't want someone so biased and misogynistic.

YOU SHOULDN'T BE ASKING SUCH QUESTIONS TO BEGIN. HOW WILL WE UNDERSTAND YOUR SITUATION IF FOR OBVIOUS REASONS, IT'S YOUR INTENTION TO GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS A SECOND, THIRD, FOURTH AND HOW MANY MORE TIMES YOU WISH. I AM SURE EACH OF US IN THIS FORUM HAS HAD OUR UPS AND DOWNS IN OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR SPOUSES BUT WE HELD HANDS TOGETHER AND ARE STILL GOING BECAUSE WE KEPT STRONG THROUGH THICK AND THIN.

YOU ARE PATHETIC FOR MAKING SUCH BROAD STATEMENT ABOUT "gold diggers and materialistic" CDN WOMEN. I WISH YOU WELL IN FINDING THE IDEAL WOMAN THAT WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT. HOPEFULLY, SHE IS A NON-CDN gold digger ;)
