Hi,

As long as the B.com is recognized by UGC, on paper it's accepted... even if it's a distance education degree. But that's it. On paper.

Not to mention, you have poor academic marks (except for the 12th grade), and absolutely no valid record for past 3 years (2010-2013). And prior to that... again 3 years.. distance education degree... So essentially, for about past 6 years of your life... you have to figure out an answer to convince the Visa officer..that you were actually doing something worthwhile- "full time" (preferably some work ex. - I'm not suggesting anything but ,merely giving an idea. Rest upto you).

I strongly suggest you to gain admission to a 4 years Bachelor's degree(on the basis of your 12th marks AND score high in IELTS) like BBA/Bcom in some good Canadian public university (provided you get admission), try to cover up past 3 years by producing something valid, write a really good short to the point SOP (1-1.5 pages) by mentioning points such as to why you want to do this degree (you want to pursue higher full time education), how this is relevant to your past education/work history, how this degree will enhance and help your career in long run, show strong ties to your home-country like mentioning that you have parents/business/property to look after once you complete your education and come back home..etc. etc., Only then, you MAY have some hope of getting the visa under the university category.

Here's the checklist for University category:

Here's the list of ALL recognized Canadian educational institutes eligible for OCWP+PGWP, listed according to province:

Best of Luck.
