You can 1. Provide a job offer letter 2. Provide a detailed job description 3. Provide a copy of your most recent pay stub 4. Provide the name, position, telephone number and email contact information for your employer Also you can add a reference letter, stating your situation.

AINP should send a copy of email to the applicant also. So that he can inquire his manager about additional documents. Coz Managers, supervisors they aint give a damn about our files.

Well, all you need is an Experience certificate. In which you will describe your job, position, {salary}, date of joining and leaving, reason for leaving. I used to work for my uncle and i had submitted only work experience certificate (without any pay stubs).
