do you guys think there is a chance if i got my canadian experience class aplication rejected and applied again for mpnp skilled worker that based on points. i put my information and i got 61 points. so is it possible that after federal rejection that they accept me in mpnp skilled worker ???

ive been told i need to find a job there in manitoba and work for 6 months but i have only 9 months left on my work permit so i said its easier to apply for skilled worker pnp from now

what is the reason for Canadian experience class rejection?

even if you get nomination from Manitoba or another province, your application will still go to CIC, right? so you need to first make sure that CIC won't use the same reasons to reject you.

well as i know once you get nomination cic dont reject you, but the reason of rejection that my work was not related to my studies and they believed i want doing AOB skilled job !!!!

but right now i heared that its hard for me to get nominated in manitoba since i studied in ontario and worked here for 3 years so even if i work in manitoba for 6 months (employer direct stream) they might refuse my nomination coz they will beleive i have a strong connection in ontario and they will believe i will go back there?

what do you guys think
