Thanks a lot for your reply.Yes My lawyer will prepare but i am gathering some others information from this forum as last time also she is the one who prepare.And now i know also its all copying i guess i just got unlucky.
Can you please suggest if there is anything else i can provide to proof my job duties besides the reference letter.
Or else you know some format of the reference letter as i am just fucked up.

Honesly, i am not sure how to justify and convince the VO you actually fulfilled the duties (not trying to be bad).

You would best discuss with your lawyer as you mentioned that he/she prepared the letter, right? he/she should be responisble for it.

Alternatively, if I were you, I would re draft the letter with the wording similar to what you have now but try to use the terms different to the NOC description. But beware of this as it would raise another concern if the updated one looks different to what you provided to confuse the VO.

Chat with lawywer firstly and then take actions asap.

Take the document checklist to your employer and show the section about reference letter. Tell them, this is how you will require the letter to be written (be persuasive but gentle as a lot of employers don't like re-writing reference letter). Also show the copy of the email from CIC as proof of needing a new letter.

Another option is to provide testimonials from clients/colleagues, or any other documents which would show your duties in that company. This is a desperate action, but then again you are in a desperate situation.

Mines is under review required .its been 14 months
And i am still waiting

There is no such template/format as it is specific to your occupation. This is why I suggested you to talk to the lawyer again to make the wording/descriptions re drafted while make sure to conform the descriptions in the NOC. I presume the lawyer should have decent experience re how to make the letter work. this is their job, they had already made negligent nistake by not reviewing the letters with reference to the NOC carefully. So you need to sit down with hi/her to work together and make sure you review it and under your own control.

Dude I can feel your pain and had read a couple of posts you sent, probably it is just a matter of time and you are in the queue to be approved. But at least you had got RCMP request which made your case moving. I would rather believe no news is good news! Be positive and patience is key.

I am Aug applicants and still have long way to go.

But now its 2 months since they received my finger print
But no medical yet
Adding more duties would have made a negtitive
Impact coz
1- i quit my job after applying
2-misrepresent my file

I have ready all my documents to send.My lawyer has updated the letter what she did is she draft the similiar letter with all the duties exlpained which we mention in previous one with some kind of proof such as health report which i used to do & keep records.
I just want to ask what you think regarding all these.I know no body knows how to satisfy VO but just need your inputs.
