It would be better if you have the funds in your name. If you do use your brother than you will have to prove he is your brother which will entail a copy of his pak id card, passport and your computerised NADRA family certificate plus family pictures.

Hi

By SOP I assume you mean "Statement of Purpose"? This is a self serving document and carries little or no value. Do not let any one persuade you otherwise. If an applicant includes this in their application it normally entails they have a weak application and they are simply "bulking up" their supporting evidence.

Sorry about the negative but I always shoot from the hip.

We all know and let's not try to kid ourselves you can get a lot of “2” number documents in Pakistan including fake letters of employment.

Normally a letter from an employer stating that they will hold open your job for the duration of your studies and you can resume your job on your return is normally a positive with regards to showing ties to your home country. Such letters from employers are only of value if the employer is a recognized employer e.g. government or a multinational. The VO will not believe a supporting letter from your local travel agents where you work as a receptionist for example.

The answer to your second question, I do not think the VO will believe the employer will reimburse you. It sounds farfetched for Pakistan or any developing country.

I shoot from the hip.

The company will have to provide audited accounts, tax returns from fbr and bank statements. To make it believable you must provide evidence of direct salary payment into your bank statement from your employer. It is not am easy task to collate all this! Good luck any way.

Re: student visa rejected, will apply again,,,good idea?

Processing times are longer than normal in pakistan for the simple reason pakistan is synonymous with terrorism and canada shares the worlds longest border with usa. I dont mince my words i tell it as it is.

Yes macthepak I completely agree with u.. But more than terrorism, they put most cases under the microscope and scrutinize the documents of the application, b4 granting the Visas.. Pakistan is also synonymous to cheating.. The Visa Officers are least concerned abt the Semester joining dates.. They do grant Visas but after a long and strenuous process.. Anways v shud have faith in ALLAH.. Lets c wht happens..

Re: student visa rejected, will apply again,,,good idea?

Tzmarri, you are right. Because of all the forged documents that are presented by prospective students the chc has no choice but to take there time and examine all the docs carefully. I blame pakistani society and those immigration agents /consultants.
