Plz help . . forgot to mention previous refusal detail

I have a query.. I forgot to mention my visa refusal which was on July-2001 .. 13 years before and when i was 10 years old. . I just got this news when i read a thread and after that I confirmed from my father.
But after this refusal I got the visa of schengen-staten ... (swiss include in this list) I saw the PP of my brother
I saw the Passport of my brother and i found that there is only one stamp and this is written in this stamp
"visa applied (le) on the 24-07-2001 (aupres de is representation de suisse) from the representation of switzerland. that's it there is nothing write refusal or rejection. .
I am very tense .. . what should I do ?
Do I withdraw my file and apply again with the new application and another fees ?

You probably read my thread. I think you should withdraw the application, as I've understood from others' advice. better to have paid extra $100 than having a ban on entry to Canada! Be cautious. Take advice from others.

My dear please withdraw your application to be on the safe side ...If they catch it then its dangerous. Just be on the safe side. These people are looking for a chance to deny our entry to Canada.

1. Tell us how to withdraw SP application?
2. Don't you think if OP should write (very briefly) a correct fact, along with his PP number, DOB, name & address, and fax it to the CHC.

write your application no. + tracking no. + passport no. + other details and fax these to canadian consulate/high commission which is dealing with your application.

Some people genuinely dont know if they have prior rejections because they were too young when it happened and they aren't in touch with their family.

CIC knows this and they dont mind.

I found an interesting thing .
my brother, now he is in Canada as a student, he also got refusal the same (from swiss) in 2001 and he didn't mention his refusal in his application. . and he got Canadian study permit. .

The only issue is that if they see it somehow then you are in trouble , otherwise no problem . Anyhow if you brother got it in that way, I think no issues with it
