Assume you want to immigrate so look at Express Entry based on age, education, language, skills and funds. Already told you that you need to be licensed as a plumber through Red Seal.

No. Exams are only done in Canada. So you need to apply for TRV with funds, travel history, ties to return and reasons to travel.

I have some certificates in Trade like driving, electrician and plumbing the certificate is called Trade Test.
