Pls Urgent - Write the names in native language - Same form or Copy?

Hi Guys,

In the IMM5406E form for Additional Family information they mention at the top that we need to fill in All Names In English AND Native Language. How do we do this? Write the name in native language along side with english names or print another copy of that form and write the names in native language? Also, is it just the name in Native language or the application? In the EG7 manual there is no mention about the use of native language in this IMM5406E form but in this form itself at the top it asks to fill in All name in English AND Native Language.

Please help.

Only Names in Native language. you can write along side English using a black pen.
