pls help.. process after passport request?

Hello Frds, Finally i got my passport request email Smiley thanks to everyone in this forum who are so helpful and kind..
very happy and wish who all are waiting get their soon too..

I am in US so Can I use fedex returned envelop for passport return? though it is clearly mentioned in email that they would not return it by any other courier if we do not include canadian expresspost . I don't want them to send it by ordinary mail .any suggestions?

what is the CORP validity usually (2-3 months)? coz I am planning to go to my home country soon and if I do landing immediately then I have to wait for PR card otherwise I can't travel.right? I am lil confused with after PPR process if someone can clarify plssss

I am in China and plan to send mypassport through DHL. I don't think it safe to return my passport through regular mails. Let's see if anybody can help.

Hi toddmeng, I did sent my passport thru Fedex and waiting for CIC to return now..Since thy will send it using regular mail so no way to track or anything..i just hope I get it back soon

As per the notes from CIC, they send to all countries except Canada through Regular Mail.

That sucks... who will feel comfortable sending passports thru regular mail..but thn i was out of options

I am in the same situation..there is alink in Trackitt(search for "PPR-How to send passport from USA to Canada "). I am also planning to send an email to CIC to check if we can use USPS xpress envelope.

emailed CIC about 11 days ago and still haven't heard anything back. i will just wait for a little bit longer before take any further action.
