Pls help! how to fill up PR card renewal application form

Hello,

The application form(IMM5444E) 's C. personal history (in 2nd page) says;

" If you need additional space for any of questions below, print out additional page containing the appropriate section, complete it
and submit it with your application"


does this mean that we should draw the table of appropriate section(which need more space) IN BLANK PAPER and fill up the content there if we need additional space?

or should we print out the same page of the form( IMM5444E) and fill up there?

pls advice.
