Hi

I have few questions,

1. Planning to pay the fee for the PR by bank draft for myself , my spouse and kid.
Should I need to take one bank draft for all together (550+550+150=1250)

2 Filling the IMM 0008 ( Generic Application form for canada)
In the question 10. current country residence. what will be the From and To date.

I will explain my situation. I came to canada in the year June xx 2010 and went for vacation for about 5 week in Nov xx 2013 and came in jan xx 2014

what I am suppose to enter "From" and "To" date?

3. Filling the IMM 5562 ( Supplementary information your travels)

Since from 10 years I did not travel to any of country except Canada ( Stayed in home country), so what should I fill in the travel history. Do I need to fill the Canada's travel details or not? Even situation for my dependents

4. For IMM 0008 Schedule 8 economic classes- canadian exp class

For the question 3. Have you previously worked in canada on a full time basis

Should i answer yes or no?

please any one suggest ASAP.

YES as you will declaring in application who will be accompanying with you so it will be understood.

You can write Dates in and out from Canada

From: whenever you started residing. To: Either 'To Present' or the date you are ready to sign your application and submit.

Current country of residence will not change for a 5 week vacation.

Typically, there is no need to mention Canada and your home country (only trips), but it is a safer bet to include all trips between both countries as well. Same for your dependents

If you are going to apply under CEC, the answer to this question will be yes, unless you worked part time to get your one year experience.

so i have to write the "From date : has jan 2014 or june 2010

If she had her immigration status (TRV) in canada throughout valid after Jun 2010, then you should mention Jun 2010 in From date.
If she went back home due to expiry of immigration status, and reentered with new visa, then you should write Jan 2014.

It is the actual dates that your spouse was in a country that is to be mentioned.

So From Dec 2012 - Jan 2014 - Home Country
Up to Nov 2012 - Canada
After Jan 2014 - Canada
