Hi I need help in filling forms for CEC Application.
My situation is like this .
A. I don’t have spouse , No Comman Law , No children .
B. Only relative are father , mother , and sister.
C. I am not using representative .
Please help me if I am correct filling these forms
According to this CIC checklist Last updated on 5-01-2012.
Please confirm if this is correct to my situation.
I am filling these forms
1) IMM 008 (Generic application form in Canada) –But not filling dependents section.
2) IMM 5669 (Schedule A Background /Declaration )
3) IMM 0008 schedule 8 –Economic classes –Canadian Experience class
4) IMM 5406 (Additional Family Information)
5) supplementary travels –Travel list (IMM 5562)
6) Fee payment form IMM 5560
7) Document Checklist IMM 5610
AM I Correct Please confirm ??????
I am NOT Filling these forms not attaching with application .
1) Additional dependents /declaration IMM 0008DEP)
2) Statutory declaration of comman law union IMM 5409
3) Separation declaration travelling to Canada IMM 5604
4) Use of representative
Please confirm Not filling list above is correct ??????
OR Should I attach IMM 008 DEP , IMM 5409, IMM 5604, 5476 with application and write N/A in all sections ???????????????? :-\ :-\ :-\
