has anyone been asked to submit a proof that they still live in the province where they were nominated ... I just received an email from my provincial govt asking me send them proofs from jan-may 2013 proving i live and work here ... my only concern is that i was on a vacation to my home country for 2 months in feb and march , so i dont have any pay stubs for that period ...
· Copies of paystubs from January 2013 to May 2013.
· Proof that you are a registered tenant at your address (copies of lease agreement and rental receipts OR copies of proof of ownership) in Saskatchewan and names of other occupants at the address including their relationship to you;
· Copies of utility bills from J January 2013 to May 2013 from either SaskTel; SaskPower; SaskEnergy; water; or a cable company;
· Income Tax return from 2012;
· Copies of your bank statements and credit card for all accounts indicating all transactions made to and from those accounts from January 2013 to May 2013;
· Copies of your Saskatchewan Health Card and Saskatchewan Driver's license.
