we have pretty close timelines. mine on march 28 too.
just checked my latest gcms notes. i think someone at cpp-o just checked our eligibility, and stopped there. cuz i don't see any officer assigned to my case.
dont know what they are busy with, maybe processing post june applications and visa stamping.
hope they really start processing march applications soon. the wait sucks.

I tried with mp they told me same what cic say they will finish everything end of summer.

July & august cic is going to sleep...u still have some hope in june...but my question is if they r going for vacation in july & august how they r going to finalize everything by end of summer.. :-\

There is no vacation dude? Where did you get this idea? Only academic institutions go on vacation. So CIC will be working.

They give some review to everyone
If they were about finish applications they would have done it before
No need to be in process for 3 month after paid RPF,
They know they can't do much on summer. I again got the email from Ottawa says all application will be reviewed by an officer before August, and they did this march 15 and still says the same so I don't know????
