Hi please need your help
Im a permanent resident since September 2012 and got impaired driving on july 2014,i pleaded guilty,i paid fines,1 year driving prohibition was over,attended alcohol program. my question is im planning to go back home in my country,can i still come back in canada?or inadmisible?or deported? also im going to apply canadiam citizenship by next year 2018,can i obtained citizen? is dui conviction is a affecting my residency?

As long as you have PR status in Canada, you can enter the country. I assume you have lived in Canada since 2012?

Yes i live here since 2012, and never came back home to my country. also im going to apply my canadian citizenship,is it my dui conviction will find out in CIC? what about visiting US too?

My PR card will expired next year but i got dui conviction,can i still renew it or they will revock my status? please help me. thanks a lot
