Here is story.....

I have applied federal skilled worker on May 2009. I have submitted full application on Aug 2009 to new delhi visa office. After few months I received a rejection letter from New delhi in sufficient points.

I have applied under 0213 and having 4+ years of experinece in leading MNC. I have attached my notorized offer letter also my duties was mentioned in same letter separately attached as appedix to offer letter. My real sister is in canada ( PR).

My score is 72.

IN rejection letter visa officer mentioned that I am rejecting because I am not satisfied that duties included in your offer letter were performed by you. I am also not giving you points for relative as you have not produced all documents to prove your relationship.

I have attached notorized declaration from canada by sister her PR card xerox. her record of landing her job letter. but not latest offer letter as she is on maternity leave for one year.

After rading this letter I have decided to fight against this injustice. I am roaming for help from lawyer but expenses is too high and they are not ready to give me gurantee of my case. then I decided noone help me in this matter I have start myself and I write a letter explaining the things to Visa officer new delhi attached all docs once again on dec 2009. I sent all docs to Joseph caron High Commissioner New Delhi, Prime minister Canada Stephen Harper, Jason Kenny Immigration minister.

After 20 days I receive a response from Prime minister canada office and assuring me that I will surely look into this matter and your request has benn forwarded to conceren minister you will get back from him.
After 20 days I receive response from Jason kenny office and they consider my request to process my application.

WIth the help of god I received medical from New delhi.

I request to all if you feel that your are right then fight against injustice sonner and later you will receive posotive response.

I think you should order your CAIPS notes. You would be able to know what is coming. Whether they are calling you for an interview or not.

please mention your IELTS score in each sections. CHC ND requires some additional papers for relatives such as bill, his/her tax papers in Canada etc, all other CHC's around the world dont require more papers for relatives as ND does.

Hi GodBlessYou,

First take a long breath.

Now what has happened cannot be undone. What you could do, is analyse every detail of the call, check with your employer the conversation that transpired. Match the calls and start preparing to provide an explanation.

Don't worry about what you hear : 90% refusal and things like that.

Just get your facts in place and stop getting nervous. You have given your best shot and now should you get an opportunity to go for an interview, start getting your papers in place. Or worst come, lets hope and pray that it doesn't happen, that you have to go in for an appeal, then again, you need to be prepared with your papers.

godbless, you will not get rejection due to this call. So many times I have seen here that their had been contradictions during phone verification and all of them got medicals/ visa. Visa officer do not make phone calls, it is the local staff. No need to do anything now, wait.

i have Qs regarding Work Experience Verification by CHC New DELHI

is it done by phone verification with ur colleagues at workplace or somebody else?

Do they(CHC ND guys) give any advance info( to PA)of phone cal l? Do they inform ur employer/colleagues in advance?

I mean in which language are the questions asked by VO people to the persons at ur workplace?

godblessyou...most probably you should get an interview call. See there is very little you can do now...so wait for the response from CHC and rather start preparing for the worst case scene.

First of all don't Panic

Second they may have called for Some questioning or get additional info.

3rd the CHC will not Judge you Because of a Unorganized Employer But it is Frustrating for An IM Officer to run after you.

Many people work for Employers with Nicknames and if you did atleast you should advised them but then again no need to panic.

Just be honnest on the next call that they know you applied for a PR and many of them are Jalous Point Final.

IMPO you are NOT working there.

i got a call fromm CHC yesterday,,,,,they called me and my employer at the same time,,,,i was not in the office,,,,in the whole conversation there were 4 to five huge mistakes about my staff,,,from when i am on leave and about ur workshop details,,,,,,i m under 4131,,,as a n instructor mechanical

what can happen now

can i do something or will i get a chance ?
