They will most likely to send a refusal.
The verification call was your exam and you didnt answer it well. It was gibberish.
I wish you had prepared your chairman well.

Still if the visa officer is lenient, then you might be called to an interview if not, Straight Rejection!
You were not well prepared for the verification. Sorry Mate !

I think you will get a chance. VO always don't go by verification call. They will sure call for an interview.

one thing if u all can tell me,,,,,,,after all this incident will they put this thing everytime i will apply for canada ,,,,,,,can i apply next time or like can i apply for PNP of any state????

Why all these differences? From what you say here, it sounds like you were lying in your application or to the VO. I am not sure CIC would want someone like that but maybe they will give you a second chance to explain yourself.

Please can you tell us howcome these differences arose?

Give every detail.

Be positive, you will get through this time only. No need to apply again. Have faith on God and everything will be good.

i got a call fromm CHC yesterday,,,,,they called me and my employer at the same time,,,,i was not in the office,,,,in the whole conversation there were 4 to five huge mistakes about my staff,,,from when i am on leave and about ur workshop details,,,,,,i m under 4131,,,as a n instructor mechanical

what can happen now

can i do something or will i get a chance ?

The purpose of verification for them is to know that the claims made by you are correct or not. They might ask 10 questions and they understand how it works in a country so it all depends on type of mistakes they were.

Wait for CHC to communication from embassy is all I can say.

i want to know from u friends that who calls us for verification,,,,is it VO itself or is it the junior staff

like i have came across some cases and in all the cases the speaker was female,,,,my point is that the person who calls us takes the decision itself or he/she forwards it to someone else,,,,,,,

and upto when can i expect some communication from the CHC,,,like minimum days and maximum days

my consultant told me that there will not be a direct decision and they are going to send me a letter seeking explanation in about 30 to 40 days,,,,will it take that many days?

please give ur poinion

and pray for me all

i attached appointment letter stating my job duties,,,experience letter and salary certifcate of 12,600 and i told her the same salary

i think their is no problem inshallah you will successfull, always prays for that, that was not the reason for rejection if your verification wrong they have to give you another chance inshallah its may be interview or may be not.
