Please I need help,my work permit application has been refused!

what I mean is after you know why you were refused you must correct your application.
It might be late but,i can certainly try to suggest you to find a job in the exact position you are applying for and wait for some time until you re-apply because the condition will still not change for you for the reason your application was rejected. If you can apply after a month or two and are gaining same experience as job position you are applying for will help alot. if you can take IELTS exam then it will be great and will contribute more to your application.Provide all necessary documents and more if needed. Many times Canadian Embassy will just reject anyones application for no reason and try to explain this or that causes a refusal.
Thanks sujan for your advice . but I am employed on the same position as required and I took i my IELTS 10 months ago and got band 6..
Did you find the reason for your refusal yet?What was the occupation you applied for and from which program stream, Tfwp?
Employment Reference letter are very important,most people will tell some documents are not mandatory but all the documents in checklist are mandatory,if it wasn't then they wouldn't put it there. They need to make sure everything is correct from your employment to bank statements.
These days many are using fake documents so,Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada handles carefully. in some countries they even call employers and see if the applicant is not submitting fake documents.
The program is PNP, occupation is cook. My consultant has already applied for ATIP note still waiting for it. But My experience letter says I am a chef maybe this might be the issue.
Cook and Chef are mostly same except Chef have degree and experience it can be rejected because of it but i don't think it had anything to do with Occupation you applied for.It can be because you didn't submit your Reference Letter for your occupation. Did you submitted your all Employment records,chefs degree,Bank statements/Balance Certificate,pay slips,tax returns,medicals?which of these documents you might have missed to submit.Maybe they might have ringed your past & current employers about your employment there. After getting ATIP you can surely re-apply again with more proof and documents and surely will get approved with your Skilled occupation.
That’s true let us wait for the ATIP note. How long does it take to get the email version of ATIP .. waiting is killing honestly.

PR application is pending after BC PNP received and applied for open work permit.
My work permit application got refused due to less fees paid and the refusal letter status that all my previous status are expired and can be restored.
Now what I have to do?
Should I apply again for the work permit?
How much period will be required to get my work permit sanctioned and to restore my status?
Can I have to leave the Canada?
Will I be able to work till the status is restored?
I am confused, some body to please help me.

• This employer is ineligible to participate in the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.
• I am not satisfied that your employer was able to demonstrate sufficient financial ability to pay a caregiver the wage indicated in the employment contract.
Please suggest and guide me what should i do????
