reason of my refusal

You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay because: You have not demonstrated ties that would satisfy me of your intention to return.

I'm considering reapplication. Please advice what will be the next step best to do. And in my application before i have presented
our birth certificates, marriage certificate, bank account, business and OR,CR motorcycle but still not enough what other documents should i
include to complete my application....thanks!!!

.

can u tell me what is your occupational/job.
tnx

Well, Bogka - what reason(s) do you have for wanting to return to your home country? Do you have jobs/careers to go back to? A home or land that you are keeping for when you return? Family obligations? Why would a temporary job in Canada be good for you? Do you understand that you must leave at the end of the period of authorized stay?

Same in the US. If you do not have an established job or business in your homecountry, you are not likely granted a temporary work permit. Before you reapply, you should improve first your status, otherwise reapplying might just waste your time.

salamat s mga reply!!

my present job is in catering as a waiter at the same time i also manage our business sari sari store,
my reason of coming back ,my family, relatives &friends, and also they are the reasons why i am pushing through
to give them much better life which we never been before.....

Sorry to say, Bogka, I would have reached the same conclusion as the IO.

Hello,

I am new to this website. I am glad I have found this site and that I can ask any opinion about the situation of my brother.

My brother had already an employer with an LMO. He submitted his docs in the Canadian Embassy, Philippines together with the LMO and the contract with other supporting docs. The embassy returned his documents, the reason was because the embassy tried to call the employer for few times but they cannot get it through.

What is the best solution for this...Please enlightened my mind..I paid $3,000 already...and its been 2 years since the agency got my money..

Thanks for for the advice..

Check with the agency and you can also check if the employer and job offer are legitimate. If you are in Canada get in touch with the employer.

hi agree,,,,getting Positive LMO doesnt mean you will get trv....its just very sad sometimes that people had taken this as an opportunity to make money by fooling people or by scam...
