Please I need help about the letter format from my employer.

is the title of the letter is "To whom it may Concern" would be fine.

Also should he starts that (I certify that "my name" was "job title" in our "name of the institution" from " Date" to "Date". His main duties are "--------", . He is employed as full time during this period and he is paid an amount " " for his job according to a contract that done between him and our institution.

Also does the CIC office needs a copy from the contract or not

The letter should be fine, include a copy of the contract, more is always better. IOs don't like to make guesses on a person's qualifications, if the information isn't there it is easier to refuse.

yes, include a copy of your contract. Include a business card as well, if you have one!

Why? A lot of people may be tempted to overstate their qualifications, or even use fake documents. But how many of those would remember a little detail such as a business card, right?

You mean a business card of my employer. And also another thing I am employed from the government so I don not have a contract, as a result I need to make a fake contract

no, no, I meant your business card. but if you don't have one, it's all right. it's not mandatory. don't think about it. just forget it, really!

as for making a fake contract, don't. usually when you work for the government, you get your name printed in the government's official gazette (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Official_gazette, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_journal). at least, that's the case in my country.

if you have that, or something like that, then good. otherwise, just bring the letter your employer's agreed to give you, and that should suffice. you're certainly not the first government worker of your country to try to go to canada, so the embassy/consulate/commission should be aware of how things work

just to make it clear: the letter from your employer is good, but the more documents you can add, the better: pay slips, perhaps a copy of your yearly performance review (if that's a practice in your company), etc.


notice that CIC can use your pay slips to determine your job, for example, if you're claiming to be a manager and you're making minimum wage, they will question you about that. so try to be consistent.

some companies (and government departments) have a document stating what each work group is supposed to be going (like an internal NOC). if you have a copy of that, it's good too.

Colleges in Canada are institutions devoted to shorter, jobmarket-oriented education. You go to college to become a car mechanic, or an electrician, for example. Usually college instructors do not have advanced degrees (doctorate), and do not do research.
