EU system is a joke. Seems like they're just copying US,Canada and Australia without anything to "offer" the migrants. Paid slaves of modern times. If you see trackitt.com alot of migrants use EU countries as a jump station to Canada, US and Australia, why?

very simple answer if you think about it. You can tell them if PR is rejected then you would continue working back at your home country. If you donot mention this small line CIC thinks that you would stay in canada by hook or by crook.

CIC does not updates that status in every case as far as i've heard. There were some people on other forum who said the status was in progress even after they landed in canada.

you can get it but i would not suggest you to show your dance moves at the border! send application by mail. Things can get dirty very quick at the border trust me on that. All depends on how nice the officer's mood is.

someone gave you wrong info! you cannot keep extending WHP year after year. If you've been living here for one year you could qualify for skilled worker category though. Do the self assessment on cic website link PMM mentioned above.

if you have applied for an extension and your current visa has expired, your "current" visa stays valid until you get reply from CIC. I would suggest you to call CIC for confirmation
