Please anyone can tell me about this:
The CIC sent me this "Get help before arriving in Canada – FREE Pre-arrival services funded by the Government of Canada"

Please I would like to know if this mean that my application for spousal sponsorship is approved?or
Is this mean a positive result to my application? or?

Was it an email? I only trust official letters and updates on my CIC log in account.

This is nothing to worry about and not really mandatory. Although the pre-arrival services can be obtained free and online, it is up to someone to take it or not. It will indeed give first timer immigrants an overview of what life is to expect in Canada, employment tips/assistance, etc.. You are not the only one who received such. Some have received same 3-4 times already and just awaiting passport request. Some already had passport request, got visa on hand then got this pre-arrival services offer after. Yes, this means a positive result of your application! Just keep the Faith and be more patient. Expect PPR soon! If you don't mind me asking, what is your timeline?

I also received pre arrival services email last friday. Is this means application is approved and they are just preparing the Ppr email? I really hope that is whats going to happen here, im so anxious. Im april 2016 applicant, MVO visa office,

My time line as follows:
Application sent dec 18 2015
Application received dec 22 2015
Application recvd in Mla March 22 2016
Medical request may 25 2015
Medical done may 30 2015
Request addl docs july 12 2015
Decision made this dec 2016

After decision made I recieved a pre arrival seminar
And I am patiently waiting for PPR request.
