no . I can say I was get married for worker female that work better for me not one who she is 18 and she cant work ???rhcohen2014 said:so? you still are waiting for refugee status. it can look to immigration that you married her in case that application was rejected, so you can get approved as a pr through her. still a red flag.
4 month , we get married fast because her family have difficult culture and my lawyer doesn't know she is on welfare before ?mikeymyke said:How long did you date her before marriage?
Oh dear. You guys are going to have quite the feat to overcome with everything that you're explaining about your relationship now!abooda said:4 month , we get married fast because her family have difficult culture and my lawyer doesn't know she is on welfare before ?
um, that is certainly NOT going to help your case. if an immigration officer hears that, they will for sure assume you are only getting married to remain in canada and get your status. also the fact that you married only after 4 months, and her family doesn't approve? that is one red flag after another.abooda said:no . I don't know man ! I just need help what I can do ?tink23 said:Oh dear. You guys are going to have quite the feat to overcome with everything that you're explaining about your relationship now!
You need to take your time, get to know each other and maybe get to know her family. Let her get herself financially on her feet. Unless you have really amazing relationship proof to show that your relationship is genuine, then applying now could be a big mistake.abooda said:I don't know man ! I just need help what I can do ?
Thanks again but I am sure they will don't ask me for my married because that not related with my case this different thing from refugee case that what my lawyer said , and her family approved the marriagerhcohen2014 said:um, that is certainly NOT going to help your case. if an immigration officer hears that, they will for sure assume you are only getting married to remain in canada and get your status. also the fact that you married only after 4 months, and her family doesn't approve? that is one red flag after another.
of course we are not immigration officers, so we can't say for sure what will happen with your application. just know that your case seems to have EVERY red flag CIC is concerned about, so you will have to be able to show strong proof your relationship is real and ongoing, and not just so you can keep status in canada, and it needs to be more than just having a wedding with 75 guests.
good luck!
I am just afraid if I field for my refugee and I go without hertink23 said:You need to take your time, get to know each other and maybe get to know her family. And this is what they are worried about, you marrying her because you're worried at you're refugee claim will be denied. I don't think there is much you will be able to do now than wait out your refugee claim and hope for the best. If it is a failed refugee claim, maybe if you guys take some time with your relationship, and through long distance for a few months continue your marriage and can then show it is genuine, you will be able to then apply for spousal sponsorship.abooda said:I am just afraid if I field for my refugee and I go without her

I think he was trying to say that had he been looking for the easy way out, he would be with someone who is working(and can contribute financially), but he is taking on this huge responsibility by being the sole provider. So for him, this demonstrate his love/genuine intentions. At least that's what I got from it.abooda said:no .
