Please help visitor visa

Hi everyone. My parents are in France. We have applied for their visitor visa to Canada back in January 31 2024. We submitted their application online through new portal ircc. We have done payment etc. It’s been 3 months almost and we haven’t received any confirmation email/acknowledgment mail. Is this normal? Also this won’t be their first time having a visa for Canada. They have held a 10 year visitor visa to Canada before. I have filled the webform couple times but no reply. Nothing has been updated on the account also. Anyone have any experience? Should we keep waitin? Thank you

Processing is probably around 200 days. Check IRCC processing timelines. If that long nothing to do but wait.

Hello Guys , I applied for Canada tourist visa on 8th Feb from UK on Indian passport . There is still no update on IRCC. does anyone got their confirmation who applied in Feb?
