Please help! Urgently need assistance

Hello everyone!

I am having alot of trouble getting the validation barcodes for the IMM5669e form for the Family Sponsorship application. I have input everything correctly; all fields filled (unless it was not applicable to me), no future dates were added, and all fields with an asterisk were completed. I even clicked the validate button and it gave me an alert saying it was successful, yet no barcodes showed up! I double checked the form to see if i missed any important fields but they were all done. I mean, if i had made an error, the validate button would give me an error message, but it didnt in this case. My adobe reader is also the latest version, and I was able to validate the other forms on this application (i.e - IMM0008), so really, I am at a loss! I really need help to fix this asap as I need to send this application soon.

I can not remember if IMM5669e with barcodes or no what i remember that there is one form will be without barcodes after validate

As far as I know IMM 5669 comes without barcodes (at least the one that I submitted back in April came without barcodes and that’s the way it was supposed to be).

As far as I can remember, IMM5669e does not generate barcodes. Only IMM0008 Generic Application Form and IMM1344 Application to Sponsor,Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking. Just not sure if this also applies to the new and updated forms they say.
