ASKS FOR UCI NUMBER..IS IT MY CITIZEN CERTIFICATE NUMBER? SECOND QUESTIONS ASKED IF I AM PR OR NATURALIZED CITIZEN SO I SAID NATURALIZED. IT ASKS WHEN DID I BECAME PR. SO I MUST SAY DATE I BECAME CITIZEN RIGHT? WHICH OFFICE ISSUED YOUR IMMIGRANT VISA, IS IT CIC? THIRD QUESTION IS APLICATION MY SPOUSE HAS TO FILL IT ASKS WHICH IMMIGRATION OFFICES ARE REQUIRED? I MUST SAY NEW DELHI IF SHE IS IN INDIA OR SHOULD I SAY /PC MISSISSAUGA FOR FASTER PROCESSING?

sorry i really don't know how to answer your questions. the only one i can possibly be helpful with is the visa office... it's not CIC, it's the location of the visa office that you were dealing with to become a pr/citizen. it would be a city name.fourwinds said:

The date you became a PR is the day you landed in Canada with your papers, not the date you became a citizen .

Your UCI is not your citizen certificate number. It is the number that immigration gives to your file when you apply for any type of visa or anything. If you were a dependant on your parents application for PR then I don't think you will have a UCI for yourself. I would just leave it blank and write a note explaining this and provide your parents UCI number if you can find it.fourwinds said:

The office that issued your visa would be whichever visa office processed your parents application for PR. If you are from India it should be the New Delhi office. Your parents should know the answers to this question.
If your spouse is currently in India and won't be coming to Canada before you apply then the visa office you request needs to be New Delhi. That is the office for Indian Outland applicants.
