Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi there.
I applied Federal Skilled worker in April of 2008. At that time, my korean agent took wrong NOC(Software developer & telecom manager).
So I had to cancle my 1st application because those both NOC were out of NOC that applicant applies to Skilled worker.
Then I moved to canada, studied as a co-op student then I got a job in IT company in Vancouver.
I applied Federal Skilled worker early of last December and got a letter on late of March from Immegration office that they requested me to submit a application with new application form. My current agent might have used an old form.
So we sent it again with new application form.
By the way, here is my real story that I want to figure it out.
After I got a job offer, I needed to renew my working visa with current company.
As we know, the processing takes very slow here so My agent suggested me to apply LMO and PNP package together.
Finally I got a PNP approval after two month later(Early of March) and I got a working Visa with a letter from PNP office.
Unfortunately, because of my lower wage than LMO guide, I didn't apply PNP immigration since I got a working Visa.
But I've already applied Federal Skilled worker and recently I am hesitating to send my updated status about job offer and working status.
Even though I didn't get a working visa through HRSDC, can I fill up as an Arranged employment ?
I didn't ever count this situation happened. Is there anyone who could give me good advice ?

Thank you so much!!

Hi,

The simple answer is NO , what you have is not arranged employment.

Please refer to www.cic.gc.ca and find the definition of arranged employment.

Hi,

You may want to consider being nominated by the province in which you are working on valid work permit. Again, visit the cic website and review provincial nominee program of the provinces.

If I may add, for your work experience in Canada thus far, check out Canadian Experience Class, CEC, and see if you meet the requirements for your NOC and duration working in Canada.

Easier and a lot quicker to get PR status through the PNP route.

Why would you refuse the PNP and apply in the FSW class?.

I think I must be a little confused with your post. Sorry

There is a reason that I can't apply PNP program.
My current wage is lower than LMO Wage guide.
So I applied Federal Skilled worker program.

But you stated in your original post that you had PNP approval in March. You do not need a LMO for a work visa with PNP approval.

Please clarify what your situation actually is please, no one can help if they don't have the facts.
