Hi, I also concerned about ceremony schedule as I have upcoming vacation plan so I mentioned it during my interview. officer advised me to send letter to testing center with flight ticket.. if you have obvious upcoming schedule, you'd better inform that just in case. Good luck

I didn't enclose any additional documents but only required ones. And I didn't receive RQ and I am waiting for ceremony oath. No one could tell what is better way. it could be all depending on applicant case.

I have similar situation so I asked that case during my interview and officer advised me to send my letter to testing center regarding to you abscency with schedule. So I sent my inform letter to ask them to consider my ceremony schedule. If you have flight ticket, it's better to attach it together.

I didn't receive the booklet,discover canada but only test invitation letter. They seem to recommend applicant to download electronic files instead of mailing it. But you can request a publication via website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/index.asp#ordering
