PLEASE HELP! Packet will be the death of me!

ok, so I have all my forms and still gathering evidence BUT I am a little confused on a few questions and things to do. mostly its just assembling the packet.

For the sponsor section it says to provide a photocopy of either your birth certificate or your passport but as I've seen on people who have submitted they're applications they have submitted both. I just renewed my passport with new name and don't have it and I don't want to wait until it comes to submit. Can I just put my birth certificate?

Also for the financials for sponsor on checklist it says last notice of assessment but on the application it says a C document which I have both, do I use the NOA or the C.

For proof of employment or proof of income. I don't have the letter from my boss but I do have my pay statements from the last 12 months. Is this sufficient?

Lastly, for any evidence that I provide as additional info IE: I printed my itineraries off of expedia but did not add the name date and such to say what its for can I put a blank sheet in front and give a description and say please see attached? or should I edit them?

I think those are the only questions that I have.....if anyone can verify these i'd be just so darn grateful

First try to relax and not overthink this. When in doubt send both as they will read what they want and put aside what they do not want. As for your itineraries can you write on the front of them? If not a explanation is fine. Remember the rule quality over quantity. Imagine you are showing it to a stranger and you want them to see you love each other.

Agreed, quality over quantity.

Which is why unofficial travel itineraries printed off from the web without passenger specific information already on them would be of little or NO value. They don't prove anything . . . anyone can print off an itinerary and hand write their own names on them. Perhaps you have still have your boarding passes?! We submit no such evidence, only 60 or so photos. Of course a photo of us standing in front of Metro station sign "insert station name here" was pretty good evidence we were both in that country.

I would just include both.

They specifically ask for a letter from your employer, if you are unable to get such a letter then i would include an explanation with your application explaining why you don't have the letter.
