I totally understand -- going through U.S. customs is no joke for anyone, I'm an American with a foreign wife and I hate it. If she was Pakistani I would never go through an American airport. If you can't fly from Lahore to Dubai to Vancouver, fly Lahore to Frankfurt to Vancouver, or Lahore to Heathrow to Vancouver, or something like that. Buy two tickets. I just refuse to believe that it is impossible to get to Vancouver before Sept. 14th.
Could u please send me the link which airline goes to vancouver without US layover.??

No problem, it's some weird airline called Transat -- never heard of them. I just gave those two as examples, you should look on Kayak yourself. Buy two tickets, don't use Lahore as your starting point to Vancouver -- just go from Lahore to somewhere in Europe, Frankfurt, Schipol, or Heathrow. If you have to save money, do it by going one way, not by going late.

Also, it is not written -- I'm just telling you what I've experienced. Students who came to my class ten days late, failed. Why? Because they were ten days late. There's no rule.

I think there is some misunderstanding here. In Western universities, there is a two week period (or so) following the first day of class. This is the add-drop period. Students can change their courses, show up and register, etc. etc. However, the classes are running. Yes, you can wait until ten days have gone by, drop one course and add another, or register -- this is legal, it will be permitted, and every official you talk to will tell you that you can. And you can also fail that course.

What I'm trying to say, the last thing you want to do is to arrive ten days late. In my experience, students who do that, fail. I don't care if your International Adviser says it's OK -- is she going to make up your work for you? Is she going to tell a professor to pass you? (She could, but your professor will laugh.) I don't care if your professors say it's OK -- they have to, because it is within the add-drop period. If they are ethical, they'll tell you that they advise strongly against it. I'm explaining this at length because your last post -- where is it written that I must fail -- seemed to imply that you're insulted by my pointing out that showing up ten days late is a bad idea. I think it's odd that you're determined to arrive ten days late, when a twenty second search on Kayak found two quite cheap flights that get you there ahead of time.

Air transat is a charter airline. Also runs under Thomas Cook or A Canadian Affair out of Britain I think. Budget airline and small seat space with minimal luggage allowance but I have used them a number of times as their sched was the best for me. I think you will find they fly into Gatwick so beware if you have another flight into Heathrow.
