PLEASE HELP!!!!! Nigerian Police Clearance Expired!!!!

I got police clearance from Nigeria, it was only valid for 3 months ( it's expired now ). I want to apply to CIC, can I use this or have to apply for a new certificate? Please help.

The expiry date on the PCC doesn't matter. CIC has their own rules for PCC validity.

For the country you currently live in, the police certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply.

For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.

The thing is....the rules say what the rules say but these agents can b funny at times.
My candid advice will b to get a new one before applying.
Ask the best.

yeah I think its better its not expired as at the date of submission

Don’t submit an expired PCC, get a new one.
