Hi...I am new to the forum and just doing a bit of research. I was born in the UK but moved to Canada with my parents in 1977. Became a citizen in 1992. In 1996 I moved back to the UK and got married. Been here in UK ever since but now wish to move back to Canada. I understand that I need to apply to sponsor my British husband but what happens with my children? They were born here in the UK in 1999 and 2004. Do I need to sponsor them also or are they automatically citizens because I became a citizen in 1992?? Many thanks

Your children are Canadian so you just need to get proof of it:

ive seen that but it asks for the citizenship number and I don't know it! x
Include a letter explaining that you lost your citizenship certificate many years ago and don't know the number. And when you get the replacement for this very important document, put it somewhere safe :).
