Yes, Egypt definitely needs a visa, and it's not easy to get a temporary visa (just for visiting).

Good Luck!!!

Do you know the average of time it takes to get PR visa from the time the case was complete??

After he received the CSQ from Québec, he should apply for PR to the Government of Canada. If you check the processing time for this kind of request, it's 13 months. (Economic class / Skilled Workers - Quebec)

I have a questions ?

1. some people says tht if we sent MP inquiry then immigration officer hold or post our application, i mean delay in process.

2. I am july 27 2015 applicant but still not recieve any remedical request which was expired in last week of april . i came to know that security and background is pending. Anyone have idea how much time takes for security and background check ?

Supposing that everything he told me was a lie,
On fourteenth of November 2015 cic sent him by post papers written in French and his education certificates and his photos and there was highlights on some sentences I can't remember what was written, all I remember in the first line was written CSQ and an important highlighted sentence saying if he has any changes in his personal information he must inform cic within a month.
At first he told me that he he must travel as a single person otherwise if he added me his file will be reopened and it will be delayed, then he called Egyptian lawyers in Canada and they told him that if cic discovered that after landing they will consider this as misrepresentation,

My question is, was that file his PR approval as he told me or it was another lie???????
He needs a visa to enter Canada. Just having the CSQ is not enough. Getting the CSQ is just one stage of getting a PR visa.
That letter might not have been his PR approval. It may have been only his CSQ approval. He is wrong about one thing: once he is married, he has to tell CIC that before he lands in Canada. If he lands as single, he is committing misrepresentation. It is true that if he tells CIC he got married, this will delay the application, since you will have to be added to the file.

Yes he believes that this is a misrepresentation because after he called the lawyers he changed his Egyptian ID from a single person to a married person after a couple of days he regretted doing this at that moment I sent an email to cic saying that he committed misrepresentation,
I think our country needs visa, howlong should it take from the date of fourteenth of November 2015 to get his visa?? And knowing that he didn't land uptill 6/6 does that mean his visa was refused?? He applied as a permanent worker what's a professional class?? And where is the other forum?? I found him opening this page http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/permanent-workers/official-immigration-application/cost-immigrating/fees-payment.html
Is Quebec selection differes from Canada immigration?? I him a lot mentioning Quebec

He have had French language test in reading, writing, listening and speaking. I also heard from him that he was collecting points to be accepted.
From what you say, he is applying as a "worker", and you can find out more about those situations in "Skilled Worker/Profession Immigration". Just click up one level, and instead of clicking "Family Class Sponsorship" which is where we are now, click "Skilled Worker/Profession Immigration".

There are other people in the same situation, who applied as worker as a single, got married, etc. They would have shared their experience, for example whether there are any delays in adding the spouse, how long the delay, what to do, etc.

Another poster mentioned that your husband may only have gotten CSQ and not approved for the PR yet.

What may happen is that he still lands himself first, and then sponsor you separately.

Whatever the situation, before your husband lands in Canada (even if the visa is granted), he has to update his application to reflect his now married status, you have to do your medical, etc. Before he lands, he is still not a PR, so things can still be changed. Even if CIC does not catch him for misrepresentation, not adding you to the application will mean you never get a chance to be sponsored.

Good luck. I hope you can work things out with your husband.

Thanks alot for your reply, I called a close friend of him in Canada he was very helpful, I sent him the paper I got and he told me that my husband told cic that he is married, I think he was planning to add me to his file in order not to be rejected for misrepresentation, that's why he took my papers but I didn't take the medical, he is still in Egypt

I don't understand what is the fuss. If Ann-marie does not want to emigrate to Canada, she just don't get on the plane. No body can force her.
