My PGWP was Refused in April 2018 as my studies were from Private College...I want to apply for restoration with new study permit and applied for a public college but they said they are full for September 2018....can I get a January 2019 intake offer and apply for Restoration??? What are the Chances? If not what options I have to remain in Canada? Can someone please help me ?? Thank you

Not yet the immigration agent said September intake is full and she told me that I must leave Canada if I don’t get a offer letter....my doubt is that if I get an offer letter for January 2019 intake then would I be still able to apply for Restoration?? Thank you
Where are you now? Don't talk to these college agents talk to a Canadian lawyer, your situation is very complex now, your study permit expires 90 days after you complete your studies you also only have 90 days to apply for restoration after you go out of status.
You might need to restore to a visitor permit since you don't have any admission but then not sure if you will be able to get a study permit again later so go consult a lawyer.

Even you get an admission for 2019 winter , you still have to leave Canada....you have two options:-
• Leave Canada now ( before your study permit expires)
• Study in a private college till winter 2019 to keep your status in Canada valid
If you don’t leave canada now or don’t study till winter 2019 your study permit will be revoked and you might never get a study permit extension

My study permit got expired in March and before that I have Applied for PGWP but it was refused as I studied in a Private college....and when I received a letter from CIC saying that I have 90 days to restore my visa so I went to an immigration agent for September intake at Fanshawe but she said it’s full for September 2018 intake....I have time till July 25th to either go for Restoration or leave....so my question is would I be able to apply for any other visa for time being thanks

You can apply for a visitor visa for time being...but still maximum stay will be 6 months and you have to go back to your home country and apply again
Possibly no...because your study permit is expiring next month...CIC might not extend your study permit stating that you changed your status to visitor....Any person on a visitor visa don’t have rights to study or work in Canada...your application will most likely to be refused when you gonna enter your current status a visitor in the form
You could apply for Restoration as a visitor but your best option is to leave Canada and apply for a new study permit when it is closer to Jan 2019.
