Please help me understand which stage my application is at for PR through express emtry

Can anyone please help me understand which stage my application is at.

PR through express entry under CEC
inland Canada application
AOR: April 17,2018
Medical passed: April 23,2018
Background check: your application is in process, we will inform you when we start your backgrond check.(this is since April 23,2018 and there is no update since)

I called CIC on may 14th just to find out and was told that my application is at CPC Ottawa. Can you please tell is it IP2? But online it is showing like IP1.really confused.

Even my file is at CPC Ottawa? Bcoz when i was going through threads here on site, read somewhere that once file moves to CPC, its IP2. Was really confused for this stages

doesnt it typically take 2-3 months to go to ip2, its the final stage before ppr. its only been a little over a month since you submitted your application
