My spouse & son live in canada, she recived mandatory document. there have required FOUR forms

1) Generic Application IMM008
2) Additional Dep IMM008DEP
3) Schedule A Background IMM5669
4) Additional Family Info IMM5406

Who can submit this from My spouse or Me (Dependent)? but i was submit case in islamabad in june 2012

My wife is open work status and my son is by birth in Canada. i am Pakistan citizen and my wife is Philippines citizen.
