You can get up to three original extracts from the british council where you had your IELTS test.

From what I have read from the other threads, CIO sends back all the documents using the regular post which includes IELTS scores and the process takes somewhere 1-3 months by regular post.

From what I know the agency where you gave your IELTS exam can send the transcript to a list of address on ielts website which is a .org but I do not think they will give you a copy of IELTS Transcript, as the transcript is only provided once to the candidate.

I hope that answers your question.

Dear Dinesh,
Normally, the CIC will give you back all the original docs including IELTS TRF. Wait for some more time.

Regarding IELTS official TRFs, what new_2_Canada mentioned is correct. They will not give additional copies to candidates (but provide additional copies to institutions on a prescribed payment)

One of my cousin got additional TRF by paying the required amount from British Counil. U can call the British Council Mumbai no and inquire, they will send a form to be filled, basically asking for a reason for the additiona TRF and a dd in their favour amting to approx Rs 6000/-, they will send the additional copy of TRF within 15 working days..so dont wait for CIC to return the baggage.

Call Sunita, British Council 022-67486748 :D

Can I ask why you have got rejected?

hondubai and amitsmeet are correct. I asked the British council before and they said they can issue up to three extra copies. There is a time limit and you have to fill up the request form and pay the necessary fees.
