I will like to know if i can submit my SAT scores report instead of TOEFL with other Document that will be send to the Canada consulate..

as a requirement none is required.

Toefl is test of english and SAT is scholastic apptitiude test. I mean how can this replcae the otehr one.
I mean you cant send a pilot if a mechanic of car is required
