Hello Everyone,

Not sure if any one can help me, I got married in Indian and sponsor my Husband to join me in Canada. Everything went smoothly and he arrive in Canada in July of this year.

we have a 6 month old daughter, since he arrived he has not spend any time with our daughter and he is been physical and mental abuse towards me. Now he has left me and our daughter and living in another city. He informed me he does not want to live with me anymore. He only married me for the Canadian papers.

I have gone to the RCMP to report the abuse. My questions is will Canada immigration will deport him back to India? I do want him to get deported back to India. What are the necessary steps I need to take?

Your help is greatly appricated.

its not easy for newcomer to fit in canadian lifestyle. try to patch up
otherwise
he is under two year conditional PR ( reporting to cic and police may make him go back to india)

If he has a conditional PR (it will say Condition 51 on his card), then if he does not stay with you for two years after landing, he can lose his PR.
Even if he does not have a conditional PR, he could still lose his PR if CIC deems that the marriage was fake.
In either case, you should report him to CIC. Report the facts of the case - that he has left you, and that he told you he married you just to come to Canada - and include any proof you have of this.
CIC may not do anything. They might investigate and he might lose his PR. It is best to report the issue with any proof, and then let the government investigate.
If he goes on welfare, you as the sponsor are responsible to pay the government back. The only thing you could perhaps do about this is if you learn he is on welfare, to report to the welfare authorities of the city he is in that he is able to work but is refusing to.
You should go to a lawyer for the family law issues.

@BROWN GIRL Canadian woman is right you can email cic and CBS a report this scumbag to them they will investigate

i would say work on your relationship prior to complain
you have 1.5 year in ur hand anyway

report him as soon as possible to CIC, don't give him another chance it is obvious that he is a fraud, do not let him to abuse you or manipulate you, local police will not help you much, only keep a copy of your reports to them. Also, you can contact a lawyer...he deserves to go back to from where he comes from. No second chance for frauds like your fake/fraud husband.

AMEN to that @Gori, and if you read what she wrote
Trade @Chappa he boldly told her he used her to come to canada
